I can’t even begin to state how delicious the meals at Nama were. So thoughtfully curated, so well presented and incredibly tasty! We decided on the 135$ set course meal and we received 10 items in total, and I couldn’t tell you what our favorite dish was as everything was delicious! The set menu came with generous portions of a carpaccio, a scallop/endive dish, a squash/stracciatella dish, a fried eggplant katsu, a roasted brusselsprout dish, 4 types of nigiri, 2 types of makis, a duck/foie gras main and 2 desserts. If you ever go, everything we had was so delicious so you truly cannot go wrong with anything you select, but I HIGHLY recommend trying the eggplant (one of the best eggplants dishes I’ve ever had) and the sake desert!!! Now, for those of us who enjoy ambiance and finish selections at restaurants, what a truly gorgeous experience it was to eat at Nama. From the beginning of the night, you are greeted with such class and such service that just further built the ambiance to a luxurious level for us. Our waiter was intentional, detail oriented and though we went on Valentine’s Day weekend and they were very busy, we never felt forgotten. The space is so beautifully designed which only enhanced our experience. Overall, you can tell that a lot of love goes into every aspect of this restaurant - from the food, to the experience they deliver to their guests, and the way it was designed and thought out. It wasn’t transactional and we were so well taken care of. If you’re ever looking to splurge on dinner, this is the place to do it.

Michelin-level service. The staff is friendly and professional. I salute the chef's courage to deliver on such a unique omakase menu. The chef's knife work and rice technique are on point. The interplay of textures and flavors was truly gratifying. Great ambiance with sober decor and good music. I'll be back.

The experience at nama omakase was just awesome. The food was amazing. But the highlight was the service. The place was a little busy we had to wait a little bit even when we had a reservation but I guess the experience was worth the wait. Despite the restaurant being too busy the servers were at their toes. The attention to detail was incredible our water glass was never empty they kept refilling it. We ordered a bottle of wine and never had to fill our glasses ourselves. Also it was my girlfriend’s birthday so they even brought some dessert and some bubbly that really made her day more special. Also after we were done with the dinner we were just waiting outside for our ride to the hotel when a server just came outside and asked us if we wanna step in while we are waiting. All in all it was a great experience. Highly recommended

We attended for dinner last Friday night and absolutely loved our food. The dishes were nothing short of amazing - the most memorable were the eggplant katsu, the tartares and crudo, and the Brussels sprouts. We’re not big veggie eaters but even in our opinion you must try those as those are the best brussel sprouts and eggplant we’ve ever eaten. Ordered the $170 menu and both of us were so full - they are generous in their portions. Also loved their desserts - absolutely decadent and luxurious. Where I think improvement could be would be the service. The prices and food are aligned to fine dining but the service was not. We’d ask for things and our server would always forget. She also lacked basic knowledge on the menu (ie. didn’t know what kind of fish was in some of the nigiri’s, didn’t know what ingredients were used in some of the items, didn’t know how some items were prepared). Also noted that our Foie gras was overcooked and the answer was “it’s possible”. Aside from that, the ambience was really nice. The dishes here are super unique and well prepared so we’ll definitely come back.

I have to say, my experience at Nama omakase was unbelievable. We ordered the 170$ omakase option and added on the wagyu maki, WONDERFUL CHOICE!! The food was just one amazing plate after another, the drinks were unreal and the service was nothing short of amazing either. Samantha made the experience an unforgettable one !! We will definitely be back. Wonderful date night spot but would be fun with friends again! Will try the à la carte menu next time

We went to Nama Omakase to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and everything was perfect! The service was impeccable. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and remembered every detail from my reservation. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the experience. There was a delay on the grill but the atmosphere helped Super cute and intimate. They made the night feel so special. I highly recommend the eggplant katsu and the beef short rib, both were absolutely to die for! The nigiri selections were also beyond delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Incredible 16-course Omakase experience. Chef GaCong is very well-spoken to describe his idea and his inspiration behind each tasting piece. He has profound knowledge about his craft and you can feel his passion for Japanese cuisine. The Omakase is a fun, delightful and savoury journey through playful and creative combinations of flavour, aromas and textures. The servicing staff is also very nice and friendly. Also worth mentioning that the service is very accommodating for pescatarian alternatives, which was very much appreciated. I would totally recommend this Omakase experience. 10/10.
